Evo Stones and Imprints

The name "Echoes" is not what they've always been called! For years, various names and ideas have bounced around my head! Here's 2 of the ones that stuck the longest!

Evo Stones

Evo Stones were the very first name I came up with in about 2014-2015 when I first created the story. Very much based on Pokemon X and Y's Mega Stones… Creativity was never my strong suit back then!

Evo Stones were stones that pushed a human beyond their regular limits! So similar to Echoes in some ways… but they were basically just the Physicite Echo, with no unique abilities or elements.

Imprints

Imprints were an idea I toyed with for ages! While they possessed the same power as Echoes, they were marks on people's skin instead! This eliminated the need for Echoes to be something physical, but I think they're prettier when you see them, and it can make a power user instantly recognisable!

Closing Statement

Echoes were the final iteration, being a perfect blend between Evo Stones and Imprints!
